It was about this time seven years ago that I met Dr. Samantha Nutt.
Throughout the years that I’ve represented Dr. Samantha Nutt as a speaker, I’ve had the opportunity to see her in action over a dozen times. She recently came to Dalhousie University to speak to a group of students who were participating in Dalhousie’s International Development Week. Seeing as I’ve seen her speak so many times, she asked if I just wanted to get together after the presentation to catch up (assuming that I had heard her enough).
The thing is with Sam, is that, I never get sick of hearing her speak. I leave that room better informed on Canada’s role in Global conflict, and with a greater sense on what our country can be working on to promote corporate and social responsibility. Most importantly, I leave that room with the knowledge of what I, as an individual, can do to make a difference in my every day life.
Thank you for being such an inspiration, Sam.
